Highlighting Ana, One of Our Rising Stars

Recognition is one of the cornerstones of our DC Promotions culture, and on at least a monthly basis we like to highlight our top producers here in this blog. This month, we wanted to introduce the world to Ana, one of our newest account managers. Her performance since joining the team has been outstanding, and she’s really stood out for her work ethic and growth mind-set.

Ana is a native of Cuba and has a degree in architecture. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach with family and friends. Since joining DC Promotions, she has embraced an entrepreneurial attitude, and says of her experience so far: “I’ve noticed that I’m growing more and more independent every single day and becoming a true businesswoman.” She credits much of her success to her mentor, Kristina, who continually encourages Ana to achieve her potential.

One of Ana’s great strengths in her role as account manager is her persistent need to accomplish everything she sets out to do. She’s also a positive and happy personality, whose optimism permeates any area she’s in. Long term, she hopes to run her own satellite office in Miami, while in the immediate future she is working on supporting her colleagues and helping them grow. Ana defines success as “…being the boss you’re meant to be in life and business, and the leader everyone looks up to.”
