Getting Specific on Our 2019 Growth Goals

One thing we’ve learned through the course of DC Promotions’ ongoing growth is that setting well-defined goals is essential. As we dive headlong into 2019, we’re establishing clear objectives that will keep us motivated throughout the year. We’re grateful for everything we achieved in 2018, but we want to make sure this year is even bigger.

Our first main objective for 2019 is to expand into six new territories to broaden our market reach. Philadelphia, Boston, and several cities in Connecticut are in our sights. We aim to maintain or surpass our record-breaking revenue from 2018 as we enter these vibrant markets. As we spread our influence in the marketplace, we’ll also add to our portfolio of innovative brands.

We’re also focused on improving our DC Promotions networking skills in the year to come. We fully understand the value of a diverse professional network, so we’re working on enhancing our elevator pitches to better communicate the unique services we provide. By attending a wide range of industry events in the coming weeks and months, we’ll give ourselves plenty of chances to refine our contacting abilities.

As we reach key growth milestones throughout 2019, we plan to reward ourselves. We know that celebrating our team achievements creates stronger morale. Doing so also helps us build momentum toward greater success in the future.
