We’re in the midst of a very successful year in our DC Promotions HQ, during which time we’ve expanded to three new markets. Promotional specialists have been advanced into management positions and each of us has hit our targets, individually and collectively. Our projections for the remainder of 2018 are on track with the progress we’ve had to date.
The big push right now is to keep our momentum and stay ahead of the competition as we head into the final month. At the same time, we’re focused on preparing a strategy for DC Promotions to grow even further in 2019, including opening another three markets and promoting more people. We have a solid plan to do so, the key components of which are highlighted below:
• Set Goals: Specific and measurable objectives that are easy to track are where we start our plans. From there, we can create the steps we need to accomplish them within a set timeframe.
• Stay Focused: Our activities are centered on realizing our vision and attaining our goals. By keeping our eyes on the prize, we’re engaged in the necessary practices and tasks to arrive at our destination.
• Reflect: After we’ve completed a campaign, it’s important for us to review what worked and what needs improvement. Our year-end reflection encompasses the overall picture as well as processes we can streamline and perfect in 2019.
