We are excited to announce that DC Promotions is expanding! Cameron, our newest assistant manager, will be opening the Kansas City market in October as a newly appointed Director of Operations. When he was asked which part of the expansion he was most looking forward to, Cameron replied, “I’m excited to grow, and for the chance to manage my own office.” He’s also looking forward to giving his team the room to advance in their careers, learn the ins and outs of the business, and clear a path for them to run their own offices one day as well.
Cameron brings many strengths to his role as a leader, but the most impressive is his passion. He cares deeply about changing his situation and being able to do the same for others. It’s no surprise to us that the person he looks to most in the DC Promotions office is our company President, Kristina. “I’ve always looked up to Kristina,” Cameron shared. “She has been able to not only run her own successful business but mentor and build other professionals as well. With her guidance, I’m confident that I can follow in her footsteps.”
Long term, Cameron hopes to expand into at least 10 markets and become a national consultant. With this, he can retire his family, and even help pay off his sister’s student loans. In the next six to 12 months, he plans on promoting his first manager. In his mind, the only way to fail is not to try, and combining this philosophy with his work ethic and determination we’re sure he’ll exceed even his own expectations.
