As we usher in 2019, we’ve hit an incredible 300 percent increase in revenue from our DC Promotions innovative sales strategies. We overcame many challenges throughout 2018 to get to where we are now, learning from all our experiences along the way. The past year also saw us promote four managers into their own markets. We’ve reached a total of three new markets in different states. There’s no doubt that we achieved rapid growth in 2018, and we’re looking forward to an even bigger 2019.
We’re committed to setting clear goals for growth in the year to come. In terms of personal development and business expansion, we plan to establish specific visions of success and put action steps in place to turn them into reality. When it comes to our most ambitious objectives, we’ll break them down into smaller milestones if necessary. This strategy helps us maintain high levels of motivation and build momentum with each incremental win. It also just feels good to cross items off our to-do lists!
As we make progress toward our biggest DC Promotions targets in 2019, we’ll build stronger team connections through open communication. We’re excited to share input and honest feedback with each other throughout the year, learning more about our personal goals and unique talents in the process.
