One of the factors that sets great companies apart from the rest is company culture. In our DC Promotions office, we seek to create an environment that’s positive, empowering, energetic, and team-driven. We emphasize working together cohesively, which means investing in creating strong team bonds.
“Company culture is a HUGE priority for DC Promotions,” said Krissy, our President. “Our success starts and ends with how well our people work together. We have a collaborative business model which requires our people to trust each other and value everyone’s input. We believe that if our team members have strong relationships outside of work, they will bring those bonds into the office and use them to motivate each other.”
To further our team members’ relationships with each other, we host DC Promotions team nights. “Our team likes to go to out to dinner,” said Krissy. “These evenings give them a chance to network with other professionals in our industry and form tighter bonds. When we’re outside of the office, we spend time getting to know each other and understand what is important to every person. When we can appreciate these diverse experiences and approaches, it makes it easier to collaborate on campaigns. It leads to a more positive work environment as well.”
